Micro Management Software Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide when using our mobile applications ("Mobile Applications"). This policy applies to all users of Mobile Applications developed by Micro Management Software Inc. It also applies to all data handled through our integration with third-party services such as Clover POS.
2. Data Controller and Processor Roles
We act as a data processor on behalf of our Merchant customers ("Merchants") for data they collect and share through our platform. In some cases, we may act as a data controller for personal data we collect and use for our own business purposes, such as customer service, analytics, or marketing. When acting as a processor, we process personal data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of our Merchants.
3. Information We Collect
(a) User-Provided Information: When registering or using our apps, you may provide:
- Name, email, phone number, username, password
- Transaction data (e.g., purchases, order details)
- Contact and personnel data submitted by Merchants
- Communications with support
(b) Automatically Collected Data: We may collect:
- Device type and ID, operating system, IP address, browser
- Usage behavior
- Precise geolocation (with consent)
(c) Merchant-Sourced Data:
- Personnel: clock-in/out, tip records, sales history
- Customers: order history, payment preferences, contact details, signed confirmations
(d) Payment Processing Data:
- Transaction reference IDs, card brand/type, payment method, CVV status, and timestamps
- Tokenized payment data used for secure transactions through integrated platforms such as Clover
4. Use of Collected Data
We process personal data:
- On behalf of Merchants to operate their business (orders, scheduling, payments, logistics)
- For our internal purposes, such as platform improvement, troubleshooting, or usage analytics
- To comply with legal obligations
- For secure integrations (e.g., with Clover POS)
- To prevent fraud and maintain platform integrity
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where we act as a controller, we rely on:
- Your consent (e.g., marketing or location tracking)
- Contractual necessity (e.g., account management)
- Legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, service improvement)
- Legal obligations (e.g., tax, compliance reporting)
6. Sharing of Data
We may share data:
- With Merchants or users for functionality purposes
- With service providers under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements

- In the event of a merger or acquisition (with notice)
We do not sell your personal data, as defined by the CCPA or other applicable laws. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal data.

We retain data:
- As long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services
- For legal and contractual obligations
- Based on criteria including legal requirements, contract terms, and the nature of the data

8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

- Access controls and authentication procedures
- Regular audits and monitoring
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Mobile Applications after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
